关于2013年电机工程国际会议征文通知

 各位老师:

    电机工程国际会议(The International Conference on Electrical Engineering, ICEE)由中国电机工程学会、日本电气学会、韩国电气学会和香港工程师学会于1995年共同发起,并确定每年7月由一方在本国或地区主办ICEE年会,各方学会组织专家、论文作者参会,做主旨报告,参加专题研讨会、论文交流等。ICEE的目的是通过中、日、韩、港及其它国家和地区的专家学者的交流和研讨,分享经验、交流技术。
第十九届电机工程国际会议(ICEE 2013)将于2013年7月14至17日在中国厦门召开。会议由中国电机工程学会主办,日本电气学会、韩国电气学会、香港工程师学会协办,《中国电机工程学报》编辑部支持。
欢迎电机工程领域的专家、教授、工程师、学生踊跃投稿。会议将组织相关专题研讨会及论文交流,邀请国内外电力专家、学者,对分布式发电技术、新能源技术等热点问题展开讨论。会议语言为英语。

Welcome to ICEE 2013
The International Conference on Electrical Engineering (ICEE) is a major event that will annually provide an international venue for electrical engineers and experts to highlight key issues and developments essential to the multifaceted field of electrical engineering systems.
ICEE 2013, the 19th in the series, will be held in Xiamen, China from July 14 to 17, 2013. It is a great pleasure for the CSEE and the co-organizers HKIE, IEEJ, and KIEE, to invite prospective authors initiating the discussion on the challenges that need to be timely overcome and addressing key questions for achieving a long-term safe, reliable, sustainable and intelligent power system.
To make it more effective and productive, ICEE2013 address some prevailing topics. Papers should be featured on the following current and important engineering topics:
